California Christmas! I think the best part of the trip was going to Mammoth. I have never been in snow deeper then 3 inches, so it was a totally rad. I would love to spend more time up there.

You are unique as a snow...man....

This morning while eating cereal, a brilliant idea popped into my head. SNOWMAN! We had about 2 inches of snow on the ground this morning. A  rare specialty Mother Nature  provides us Southern Utahns. I mentioned my thought to Mom and Dad Trunnell and they thought it was a marvelous idea as well. Mom woke up Mary Anne and we started creating magic. The bonus of the day is that No one works or goes to school today! SURPRISE!

Good morning Saint George!

The beginning of life.

Look at that beautiful face..

I call him Jose.

This is Fred. He is a senior citizen from Florida. We are totally buddies. Im  even letting  him chill out in the lawn this morning.

So... I haven't really updated... have I?

Umm... yeah seems like a long time since I last wrote which is weird mostly because that is true. I can do a really long update... but I am not. So lets make it: short, simple, interesting and to the point. Cool beans?

I have been a "future professional" for a number of weeks. I totally aced my floor and written test to get out of C.O.R.E (I am just as surprised as you are) and now I am on the floor at the expense of Saint George Utahns. I am grateful everyday that I am able to go to this school, and feel extremely blessed at all the people I have been in contact with. There are some truly amazing humans that attend the school as well. One of which I have become extremely close with. We are the same, but complete opposite (if that makes any sense) and we kinda keep each other in check. I did two awesome men's haircuts (the only ones that I have done) I am am gradually getting better.

I seriously wish for everyone to get the education that I have been getting. Their education system blows my mind. Whomever sat down and planned it out, is absolutely amazing. Even strangers on the street know how stoked I am about the school.

Did I mention somewhere that I am a red head? Sam and I did it yesterday. It ruled. She did amazing.

A lot of future professionals have been coming up and asking when I will write my memoir. Maybe I should start now? I have an idea of what I want to write. Maybe I will make a private blog and start sorting it out.

It will be absolutely amazing.

And On my final note I would like to take a second to send a few words out to the universe

I am:

amazing
optimistic
organic
original
a true hippie

and I am happy.

hair. A Paul Mitchell School.

Today was the day. I finally started school. Cosmetology school that is. It was super exciting. I really couldn't control the excitement surging through my veins. It was like a adrenalin rush the entire day. DID I MENTION I GOT A KIT! That thing was amazing! It had everything I girl could ever dream about. I have a really small class, which is nice, and a amazing teacher named Meribeth. Today was all about rules, regulations and what they/we should expect. I have some "homeplay" to finish up BUT hopefully I can really get a good blog in.

I have finally arrived.

I have been here in Ridgecrest for a mere 10 hours, and already am remembering a lot of weird things that I didn't think about while driving up here. It sure has been interesting meeting people I haven't met before, and seeing the little kids all grown up.

Today my mom informed me that the Vernon side of the family was having a surprise family party/congratulation party for Aunt Tracy. Her birthday isn't until the 20th of this month, but I guess it was the only time we could all get together.

First Blog

Obviously from the title this would be my first blog on this website. I have many other blogs, but my sister in law and her family just love their blogspots, so I decided to try this shindig out.
